Details: Programme Manager – Identity & Access Management Identity & Access Management / Privileged Access / IAM / Programme Management The role of the Privileged Access Program Lead will be to leverage Identity and Access Management expertise to co-ordinate the numerous work streams currently underway across IT Security and the wider organisation to support and enable the IAM function Our client is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations. They serve around 51 million customers through four Global Businesses: Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Private Banking. Role Purpose: Ensure all privileged access program activity is in line with IT Security’s strategic objectives. Ensure IAM and IT Security has representation on all privileged access program project steering committees and technical working groups. Work with IAM Head of Tooling and Head of Logging/Monitoring to ensure all programs are delivering end to end controls for privileged access in the organisation. Where required source privileged access subject matter expertise into these programs to assist with identification and strengthening of privileged access controls. Assist in the management of IAM audit points both internal and external to the team relating to control of privileged access.   Key Accountabilities: Ensure all privileged access internal/external audit points and MSII’s are reported into the IAM GTIC function Working with IAM internal stakeholders, coordinate program of privileged access activities, identifying issues and proactively managing resolutions. Coordination of global significant improvement activities on behalf of the privileged access program. Work with Head of IAM Ops to ensure new processes relating to managing privileged access controls do not impact IAM Ops in a negative manner (.E.g. excessive resource requirement, over complex processes). Build positive relationships with stakeholders across all key teams including BRCM, other IT functions, ISR and Audit. Act as an SME for privileged access in the organisation   Knowledge & Experience: Experience and Subject Matter expertise in Identity and Access Management, preferably across different geographic locations. Proven experience proactively analysing nd managing the control of general access management and in particular privileged access in a global financial  organisation. Understanding of the role of audit and internal MSII concept. Experience and knowledge of access management processes to support delivery of Identity and Access Management. Proven ability to lead via large scale influencing as opposed to direct management. Proven ability to motivate and inspire others to support and deliver change. Proven ability to understand high level technical implications and limitations when coordinating technical programme delivery. Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well developed analytical reasoning. Experience delivering significant transformational initiatives and managing multiple simultaneous initiatives with a broad range of stakeholders.
