Details: Head of IT Risk Oversight EMEA is required for this investment banking organisation. The role liaises with EMEA Business clients. You will possess a deep understanding of Controls and managing controls within a large corporate. SoX implementation experience is of interest as is Project Management and exp with internal audit. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain IT risk governance as defined by policy; Risk reporting to risk governance committees; Provide monitoring, oversight and governance of compliance to IT policy, Legal and Regulatory requirements; Provide consultative services to IT clients in relation to Internal and External Audit; Coordinate the oversight of IT's compliance with internal and external audit obligations by providing consultative advice, monitoring and reporting to regional and global IT Governance groups; Day to day management of EMEA Oversight team Exp Required: Information Security Qualifications desired; Experience as a manager of an IT security, IT Risk or IT audit departments in the financial service industry; Exp in large multinational organisation/s; Experience with a senior IT applications or infrastructure international project, program or functional manager, or as a control officer; Significant experience in one or more financial industry control and governance disciplines (e.g. Audit, Insurance, Business Continuity Planning, Regulatory compliance); Exp with IT Risk/Security/Control Industry standards (e.g. ISO 17799, CobiT, COSO, CMMI, ITIL). Exp with financial or information technology audit.
