Contingency Recruitment: Upon receiving the clients’ expectations in terms of the required skills and experience needed to fill a position we match them with skilled professionals available in the market place. Once we are in a position to meet these requirements, Proprius Recruitment Ltd will introduce no more than 3 - 5 candidates per vacancy. Proprius operate an extensive screening programme in which candidates will undergo face to face interviews allowing us to provide a detailed professional covering letter explaining why we feel the recommended candidate fits the open vacancy.

Search and Select: A resource intensive campaign will be launched which can include Internet and media advertising, database searches, headhunting, face to face screening and final selection presentation. A preferred method will be agreed from the outset on an exclusive supplier basis, but will guarantee Proprius Recruitment Ltd time and professional services to provide a short list of suitably qualified and experienced candidates. For every three interviews, you will hire the ideal candidate and with our help you will be able to bring the position to a close within an agreed structured time period.
