Details: The Security Operations Manager role will report to the Head of Security, Risk and Compliance and be responsible for Information Security within the payments switching environment. Key accountabilities: " Accountable for the performance of the Security Operations Team and mitigation of security threats, ensuring the business is protected from the financial, customer, brand and compliance impact of current and emerging security related threats " Assisting with the development and execution of the Security Strategy covering Network, IT, People, Assets and Clients. This strategy extends to Outsource Business partners " Operationally responsible for end to end management of security incidents, business crises and continuity issues " Working cross-functionally, must develop systems polices and procedures to protect infrastructure against technical attacks " Develop and maintain the capability to investigate identified incidents of security from both external and internal activities " Ensure robust succession plans are in place to meet future business needs. " Escalations, triage and root cause analysis " 24 x 7 on call for 2nd line escalation and incident management Key Activities: " Operational management " Ensuring equipment is supported and operational " Tripwire " ArcSight " Sourcefire Snort " Tenable Nessus " Execution of the Operations Information Security Programme, managing variance to ensure acceptable levels of risk where required.
