Details: Technical Security Architect - £50-70k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Security Architecture, Risk Management, Corporate Security Consulting Experience, Security Assurance. CISSP Our client, a well known corporate organisation, is keen to expand its security team and is looking for a rounded security professional ideally with security consulting experience to join ASAP. The business requires security assurance on multiple and major projects hence this role will primarily be the liaison for external providers and internal project managers as well as key stakeholders on all things security related. You will need excellent negotiation and communication skills as this role will be heavily focused on managing the relationships between the parties and providing security advice. You will be expected to manage the identification and remediation of security risks during system design and implementation; effectively ensuring that appropriate security mechanisms are designed into new or enhanced applications & infrastructure components. This role would ideally suit someone from an Information and Data Security Architecture background where you have hands on experience of Network Operating Systems, Databases, End Point Devices, File and Device Encryption, Security Event Monitoring, Key Management along with Incident Management. Ideally you will have: - At least 3 years experience either in a consulting or in an end user organisation of Information Security Risk assessment, Requirements Specification and Stakeholder management. - Be proficient in ISO 27001/2, including compliance assessments and ISMS development for complex environments - Experience in developing & conducting reviews of information security policies, standards & guidelines, as well as assessing compliance & exceptions to policy & standards - Knowledge & experience of risk assessments, business impact assessments and/or threat modelling - Experience in developing information security requirements for projects as well as reviewing the security aspects of business cases, project proposals & tenders, business requirements, solution designs & system architectures, test plans & results - Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing - Experience of project and security governance, including participation in governance reviews and committees - Developing & giving presentations to technical stakeholders and business management Security Architecture, Risk Management, Corporate Security Consulting Experience, Security Assurance, CISSP Applicants will only be accepted from people who have the legal right to work in the UK/EU
