Details: Security Operations Specialist/Tripwire/Thales HSMs/Sourcefire/Arcsight Paying up to £55,000+BENS +BONUS The Operations Security Specialist role will be responsible for Information Security within services operations, particularly payments processing, and technical security matters across the business. This will include accountability for the implementation and maintenance of operational security, mitigation of security threats and ensuring that the business is protected from the financial customer, brand and compliance impact of current and emerging security related threats. The Security Operations Specialist: Ideally will hold: • GIAC certifications or equivalent, MSc Information Security • CISSP Qualified • Significant experience in an applicable IT security role within the payments sector And Will have working knowledge and understanding of operational risk management & legislative, regulatory and contractual compliance including PCI DSS , PCI PIN / PCI PTS, LINK, Data Protection Act & EU Directive • Experience of working in a matrix organisation • Experience of managing security incidents and events • Detailed understanding of information security principles & practices • Must have practical experience of each of the following: • Tripwire • ArcSight • Sourcefire Snort • Tenable Nessus • IP Filter / IP Tables • OSSEC • Thales HSMs • Active Directory • Key Management within Financial Services for payment card issuing • Should have experience of the following Operating Systems: • Windows 2003, 2008 and XP • Solaris 10 • SUSE Linux Enterprise Edition 10 and 11 or other Linux flavour • Experience of databases and payment solutions including; • Oracle 10g • MS SQL 2005 • Connect Direct Interested Candidates can send in their CVs to [email protected] or alternatively call 0207 618 0965 for a confidential chat.
