Details: Security Assurance Manager - ISO 27001 - Information Assurance - This role has overall global responsibility for ISO 27001 assurance, including running business as usual assurance activities whilst planning and driving the execution of activities to mature and embed effective and efficient information security assurance processes throughout the global business. Skills & Experience: " Expert knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, 27002 and 27005. " Experience in developing, implementing, and running an ISMS. " Previously held responsibility for ISO 27001 assurance in a mature, globally dispersed organization with ISO 27001 certification. " Ability to design and implement complex policies, operational instructions and procedures relating to an ISMS and ISO 27001 with little or no supervision. " Ability to quickly understand and adapt to a complex, rapidly changing, global organization, e.g. changing organisational structure and stakeholders. " Ability to independently prioritise and plan, execute activities to a plan, and report on progress. " Experience in managing geographically dispersed activities and stakeholders. " A recognised information security qualification such as CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), ISACA or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), ISC2. " Ability to understand technical aspects of security controls, and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience. " Line management experience - time/task management, performance management, and people development. " Computer literate. Behavioural Competencies: " Proven, hands-on approach - not only developing plans and strategies, but owning completion of activities within the plans. " Display visible drive, initiative and ownership of ISO 27001 assurance activities, to give senior management across the business confidence in the management and execution of the assurance programme. " Excellent accuracy and analytical skills. " Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including to executive-level management. " High level of initiative, creativity and motivation. " Flexible and personally motivated to succeed.
