Details: Delivery Manager - IT Security - circa £100k + Bonus + Benefits + Car Allowance The Security function at our clients has recently undergone restructure and a number of additional roles have been identified to strengthen this capability. The IT Security Delivery Manager will work closely with the Head of IT Security to define and shape the delivery of security consultancy to all projects, as well as assisting the formation of longer term strategic initiatives. This is a key role in championing the delivery of the IT Security departments mission of provision of security service and consultancy internally that foster innovation and agility while protecting our brand. This role will be responsible for the management of several teams of security professionals who engage across all security aspects of internal projects. (Design Practice, Tech Security, Project Assurance and Security Architecture) This will range from project inception, to delivery of a live service and operational hand-over. The role requires a solid foundation in project delivery, resource scheduling, people management and a broad range of security disciplines to plan, estimate, implement and support IT programs to time, budget and quality. Expected Experience " Previous experience of working in a highly available, performance critical technology environment " Ideally, financial services experience (particularly in payments) " Extensive IT security experience across delivery and strategy disciplines " Familiar with industry standard methods, and security practices " Worked with industry standard processes relating to change management and governance, such as Prince and COBIT " Broad and demonstrable experience of working with a diverse set of stakeholders, applying security technology capability for business benefit
