Details: IT Security Manager/Information Security Manager is required to ensure the security of information and IT systems and compliance to applicable legislation, agreed standards and IT Security policies of this major airline carrier. You will work with the Enterprise Architecture team and senior colleagues across the IT Division with the aim of reducing the risk of any breach to information systems across the organisation. The IT Security Manager will contribute towards, implementing and ensuring adherence to the IT Security Strategy. Working with IT Governance team, contribute input into development of an IT Security Strategy. Identify and adopt appropriate Standards and Best Practices from the IT Security industry. Develop a clear plan and timetable for development of IT Security procedures, policies and standards and ensure that all key stakeholders and contributing parties are fully and actively engaged. IT Security policies and procedures are appropriate, effective and maintained up to date. Manage delivery of an integrated IT Security Plan during the year including resolving conflicts, dependencies and resource issues. Provide high level reporting on the delivery of the IT Security Plan so that appropriate awareness is maintained and actions taken. Audit IT and Info Sec systems so that opportunities and threats can be readily identified and action plans put in place. Training, mentoring and support of all IT security staff to ensure consistent practice of security. You will have a: Track record of building and leading and IT Security function and team. Demonstrable history of developing IT Security Strategy, policies and procedures ideally with exposure to the airline or related industry. Demonstrable experience of implementing and maintaining an ISMS and continued compliance to ISO/IEC and other standards, including 27001, etc.
