Details: Regulatory advisor/ Business Change Management Senior Analyst – Cardiff – Up to £35,000 + Bens + bonus Our client a large telecommunications and Media Company are looking for a Regulatory advisor/ Business Change Management Senior Analyst to work within there ISP Customer Support team, enforcing the internet terms of use to customers and will be active in the implementation of the Digital Economy Act 04 for the business. The ideal candidate will be experienced within executing new initiatives/ work streams to the business. Working within a team of 7 the Regulatory advisor/ Business Change Management Senior Analyst will lead projects within the team liaising with senior figures, from directors, senior managers and legal departments. The Regulatory advisor/ Business Change Management Senior Analyst will: Have a firm understanding of the appropriate Customer T&Cs; & AUP within an ISP or Telecommunications company. Excellent communicator; Business Facing Project management skills: Business Change Management Proven experience of implementing new initiatives in a business Excellent Organisational Skills Self Motivated Previous experience of implementing the Data Protection Act 1998, Copyright or similar regulation to a business model.
