Details: ISO27001 Specialist / IT Security Analyst – Hook, Hampshire – Up to £40,000 + Bens + Bonus Our client, a media and communications organization are seeking an ISO27001 Specialist / IT Security Analyst to join the Information Security and Risk team. This role requires you to work within the Security Solutions, Standards and Assurance Team to scope, plan, manage and carry out ISO 27001 improvement activities. This client is already ISO 27001 certified, and this work is part of the standard continual improvement process required to maintain certification across operational areas of security. RESPONSIBILITIES:• Identify areas of focus for continual improvement activities '• Compile a plan of improvement activities, based on the areas identified '• Work with people across the business to execute the plan, applying ISO 27000 skills and experience '• Help ensure that improvements are integrated into business as usual operation of the ISMS Key Working Relationships:- Colleagues within the Information Security and Risk team, and within other Group Security Technology teams- Stakeholders (eg information asset owners and risk owners) across the business- External auditors REQUIRED:• Knowledge and assurance experience of ISO/IEC 27001:2005, ISO/IEC 27002:2005, and ISO/IEC 27005:2011• Knowledge and experience of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery• Practical experience of implementing and running an ISMS in a global organisation ' Ability to plan, manage activities to a plan, but also carry out a number of the activities in the plan• Effective time management and ability to prioritise• Industry recognised qualifications including CISSP, ISO27001 Lead auditor.
